Kumbh Services is a privately run logistics service, not a government website. We plan and deliver tent, transport, and coordination services directly, but conditions on the ground during Kumbh Mela are outside our full control.

2. Services are confirmed before delivery
We aim to confirm scope, dates, and pricing with you before any service is delivered. If circumstances require a change (for example, a camp zone reassignment by the state administration), we will inform you as early as possible and offer the closest available alternative.
3. Crowd, weather, and administrative risk
Kumbh Mela draws extraordinarily large crowds, and camp zones, routes, and access can be affected by state administration decisions or weather with limited notice. We plan around these risks but cannot eliminate them.
4. Prices vary by demand
Given demand around Amrit Snan dates, prices for tents, transport, and logistics can change rapidly. We do not publish fixed pricing on this site — all costs are confirmed directly as part of your specific enquiry.
5. Crowd and safety risk to you
Always follow the real-time instructions of police and on-ground administration over any information on this site. Our on-ground support supplements, but does not replace, official crowd-safety guidance.
